Prior to becoming a Partner at Strategy & Resources, LLC in January 2019, Marty Miller was principal of Clear Path Consulting, a firm she founded in 2003 to provide practice management coaching to successful financial advisory firms across the nation. Marty also spent 18 years with Lincoln Financial Advisors, and was a Regional CEO, building their firm in Orange County, California.

 

Marty admires the work that financial advisors do for so many. Her purpose has always been to help each firm realize their potential, increasing confidence and enjoyment for everyone. She is proud to lead the Strategy & Resources Practice Management Division, where she takes a hands-on approach to implementing real and sustainable change for clients, increasing efficiencies, enjoyment and profitability.

 

A columnist for the Executive Roundtable Journal, Marty’s “Advisor Insights” contributions have been well received by an elite list of executive subscribers within the fintech realm, financial planning profession, and financial services industry.

 

Marty graduated from Arizona State University and holds a B.A. in music theory and composition. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona where she enjoys time with family and friends.
